IRL July New Moon Women’s Circle

Join me for a magical evening of connection + self care as we harness the energy of the new moon + one another to bring ourselves into balance + harmony.

Drawing on the cosmic energy, in community with other women, within a sacred + safe space, we’ll connect deeper with ourselves + one another, set new intentions, cleanse + release toxicity + fill up our cups, allowing us to enter the world feeling more sparkly + whole.

This new moon circle will include a breathwork session to further activate + alchemize our energy, giving us a more powerful + impactful experience. To effectively raise our vibration to match what we want to embody in the next cycle ahead, we’ll be led through a the “Heart Beat Movement” meditative practice that involves drumming.

We’ll then do some journaling to connect to our intuition + set our intentions in conjunction with sharing to connect + fill our cups.
