3 Healthy Chocolate Chip Baked Goods to Make with Kids

Something that has quickly become a more frequent occurrence lately is baking chocolate chip goodies, and I’m not mad about it! Baking has been feeling meditative and calming for us, and it’s not just about the delicious treats. My kids not only thoroughly enjoy it, but they’re learning so much from the process. From following instructions and measuring—which involves math and science—to using their fine and gross motor skills and exploring their senses, it’s become a no-brainer go-to activity.

That said, I don’t want a plate of baked goods staring at me that will just make me feel yucky after I indulge in them. So we keep things pretty clean around here.
