Stuck at home or not, I’m always looking for the easiest, yummiest, most time efficient and stress free way to get nutrient dense, veggie laden meals in my belly. Now more than ever, while trying to homeschool the 3 tots and run this household, I keep finding myself wanting to grab whatever is the easiest to consume, that won’t drain any more of my energy or time.
